This is year one for Green Halloween NYC where Action Arts League and Healthcorps are merging their Healthy Halloween program into Green Halloween. From New York City we are demonstrating to the world a healthier vision for this great holiday showing how green is an essential part of health for kids, communities and our world.

Healthier, more wholesome treats are available and many of todays children, saturated by candy culture, often prefer unique toys or artistic gifts over candy. Healthy treat companies are developing everywhere and we are here to educate and connect parents to better alternatives while showing how interactive, creative fun is healthy personally and for communities.

We are working towards a time when responsible parents everywhere will work together to develop their own green or healthy Halloween communities where their children are free to explore their creativity while meeting neighbors in positive, safe and fun environments.
